About the Role
Clarisolv is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, build strategic relationships, and support the growth of our boutique BPO and Digital Operations services across international markets.
This role is focused on developing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and positioning Clarisolv as a trusted operational partner for organizations in healthcare, fintech, SaaS, and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets (MEA, Europe, and global clients)
* Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
* Lead client conversations, discovery sessions, and solution positioning
* Prepare proposals, service offerings, and commercial structures aligned with client needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored operational solutions
* Maintain ongoing client engagement and relationship management
* Track pipeline performance and report on business development activities
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
* Experience in BPO, outsourcing, consulting, or technology services is strongly preferred
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to understand operational models and translate them into client value
* Experience working with international clients or markets is a plus
* Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a growth-stage environment
