Business Development Lead — Build the Growth Engine
Clarisolv is looking for a commercially sharp, high-ownership Business Development Lead who can build pipeline, shape deals, and close meaningful business across BPO, outsourcing, and digital operations.
This is not a maintenance sales role. It is a builder role for someone who wants direct impact, market exposure, and the opportunity to help shape a fast-moving boutique firm with international ambition.
This role is designed for builders, not passengers.
You will work closely with leadership to build pipeline, open strategic conversations, and convert commercial opportunities into real growth.

This role sits at the heart of Clarisolv’s next growth phase. The person joining will not simply manage a territory or respond to inbound leads.
They will help create momentum, define commercial rhythm, and contribute directly to how Clarisolv wins in the market.
Strategic Exposure
Work directly with leadership on pipeline strategy, positioning, and commercial priorities.
Commercial Ownership
Own real opportunities from first conversation through commercial close.
This is a role for someone who can create traction.
- Build and manage qualified pipeline across target sectors and markets.
- Engage decision-makers including COOs, Heads of Operations, CX leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
- Lead commercial discovery conversations that uncover real operational needs and buying triggers.
- Shape tailored outsourcing and digital operations solutions with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and commercial offers that move serious opportunities forward.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure strong transition to delivery.
- Help sharpen Clarisolv’s go-to-market approach through direct market feedback.
Within your first 6 months, you should be able to create visible momentum.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Proven experience in BPO, outsourcing, managed services, or IT services sales.
- Fluent English is mandatory, written and spoken.
- Arabic is required.
- French and/or German is a strong plus for EU market engagement.

Background in Healthcare BPO, SaaS, Fintech, Enterprise IT, or operationally complex services.
Decision-Maker Access
An existing network or credible experience engaging senior buyers and business owners.
Operational Understanding
You understand what you sell and can speak credibly about delivery, structure, and business outcomes.
