We're now seeking a sharp, driven Business Development Specialist to join our growth team and drive our client acquisition across key international markets.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, engage, and convert prospects into long-term clients in sectors like healthcare, tech, e-commerce, and professional services
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored for Europe, North America, and the Middle East
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (C-suite, Procurement, Operations)
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks, proposals, and service presentations
• Stay on top of BPO industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and client touchpoints
• Maintain and update CRM pipelines and performance reports regularly

Who You Are:
• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in outsourcing or service-based industries
• Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with BPO sales cycles, especially in lead gen, customer service, data entry, or back-office support
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
