About the Role:
At Clarisolv, we’re reimagining outsourcing. As a fast-growing BPO and digital transformation partner, we help global clients scale smarter by aligning people, purpose, and performance. We're now seeking a sharp, driven Business Development Specialist to join our growth team and drive our client acquisition across key international markets.

Responsibilities:
• Identify, engage, and convert prospects into long-term clients in sectors like healthcare, tech, e-commerce, and professional services

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored for Europe, North America, and the Middle East

• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (C-suite, Procurement, Operations)

• Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks, proposals, and service presentations

• Stay on top of BPO industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies

• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and client touch points

• Maintain and update CRM pipelines and performance reports regularly

• Build and grow her/his sales organization on the go. 

Who You Are:
• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in outsourcing or service-based industries

• Proven track record in closing deals and exceeding sales targets with exposure to international markets and consultative B2B sales.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience in BPO sales cycles or relevant industry, especially in lead gen, customer service, data entry, or back-office support

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team

• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
