Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
• Conduct outreach campaigns and discovery calls
• Support solution design with Operations & Talent teams
• Represent Clarisolv in virtual/physical networking events
• Report on pipeline and conversion metrics

Who You Are:
• Early-career or mid-level sales talent with exposure to B2B
• Ambitious, proactive, and open to feedback and growth
• Excellent English communicator (spoken/written)
• Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
• Bonus: experience with outsourcing, SaaS, or tech-driven sales
